Cambridge gone, computer still to come!

So I went to Cambridge last Saturday with Joe, Mike, Laura and Laura to meet up with Hannah and just wander around. Went to BK in Stevenage before we got on the train (Anyone who knows me should know what BK is. Even if you don't know me, come on...) in which me, Mike and Joe all had a Bacon Double Cheeseburger meal, Joe going for the wimpy "medium" meal option, not the "super" meal option that me and Mike had.

Then we met up with Laura and Laura on the platform of Stevenage station to get the train up to Cambridge.

So we spent the day in Cambridge, not really doing much. I was wanting to go to a shop called the Fudge Kitchen as I had been to one of the same chain in Windsor, and loved it! So I got some fudge from there. A few hours later, we went to an American-themed restaurant called the Filling Station for dinner. Steak fajitas for me. Sizzling goodness! After that I phone up my brother Gavin to see if he was around, and he was, so I agreed to meet him just outside Trinity College (where he sort of lives, and he's in his third and possibly final year of it) for a quick chat. After that we wandered around for another hour or two. We got into line for the cinema, with some slight derière-feeling going on but you'll have to ask Mike about that for details. I wasn't involved in any way myself, just to let you know. We changed our minds about the cinema so found some benches in a shopping center place and talked for a while, before getting a train back to Stevenage, and a lift back to WGC from Mike's parents.

I went to Mike's house overnight. Not like that. God. We watched a few episodes of Scrubs and also the Naked Gun. A very funny movie which I strongly recommend to all. I also learned how to play the first bit of "Old MacDonald" on his guitar, which I'm pretty proud of.

So, onto current issues. Slavery. Nah. New computers. More like it!

We've ordered a new Dell computer which should arrive within the next few months.
1 gb RAM
320 gb hard drive
3.4 ghz processor
256 mb GeForce 6800 graphics card
19" flat panel monitor

That sounds about right.
Sweet.

RJ
