Final Week!

This is our final week at school, and I'm very excited about the holidays. Mainly because I'll be able to get lots of sleep after many late nights of coursework.

Next year will be good as there are more chemistry and physics lessons, but fewer biology lessons. It is a shame however that Mr Nicholls, my physics teacher for this year, is leaving. He was a legendary teacher and will be missed by all.

I'm currently looking forward to the 24th of August, which is results day. I'll be able to find out how I did in my GCSE French and short course Food. I'm in Spain when the results are available, so I'll find out a few days later upon my return to England.

Italy are the current football World Champions, eh? Good for them. I was personally supporting France as I would have won £28 if they won the match. But meh.

Federer is the current tennis World Champion, eh? Good for him. I was personally supporting Nadal, not for any reason in particular. I did always expect Federer to win though.

I'm getting good at table-tennis. Real good.

Andrew Murray is out of Wimbledon

Ah well, Andrew Murray has been knocked out of Wimbledon. He put up a good fight, just not good enough I suppose.

Andrew Murray vs. Andy Roddick

However, Andrew Murray did win his third-round match against Andy Roddick earlier today in straight sets 7-6 6-4 6-4.

I think Murray will continue to win his matches until he faces Federer or Nadal.

England are OUT

DAMN!

England were knocked out of the World Cup earlier today by Portugal in penalties after 2 hours of football without a single goal being scored.
